The first thing that had to be done was painting the bottom. According to the deal, the job was done by the seller. The yacht club had a rush in getting all the boats out, so we had to set the boat out fast after the purchase. The mast went up at same time.

It was easy to start with the small stuff. The dock lines needed renewing so that one could dare to leave the boat alone. Also the fenders needed some pumping and new covers to make them look better. As well as replacing some bent stanchions.
